Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LuxeDrive and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, misuse of the website or products, or infringement of another party’s rights.
