After checkout, a bank or payment provider may show a temporary pending authorization. A pending authorization can reduce the customer's available balance even before the transaction appears as a completed charge.

The time required for a pending authorization to become a posted charge, expire, or disappear is controlled primarily by the issuing bank or payment provider. LuxeDrive cannot directly accelerate a financial institution's internal release schedule.

If an order is canceled before settlement, the pending amount may still remain visible temporarily. The customer should contact the issuing bank for the most accurate release timing.

A transaction may be declined by the issuing bank, payment provider, security system, or checkout platform. LuxeDrive may not receive the specific reason for a bank decline.

  • Insufficient funds or available credit.

Order and Identity Verification

If two completed charges remain for the same order, contact LuxeDrive customer support with the order information and a redacted payment statement showing the transaction dates and amounts. Never send a complete card number or security code.
